Job summary

Elase Cosmetic Injectors in Greensboro, NC seeks an experienced injector to deliver exceptional client care, perform aesthetic procedures, and educate patients on treatment options. You will work with a support team to ensure outstanding outcomes and a seamless patient experience.

Ideal candidates have an active medical license (RN/NP/PA/MD/DDS), completed cosmetic injectables training, and 3+ years of cosmetic injection experience; strong communication, sales, and team skills are essential.

Qualifications

• RN or higher license and cosmetic injectables training required.
• Experience with injectables such as Botox and dermal fillers preferred.
• Prior aesthetic/dermatology experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine injection techniques to ensure optimal results and patient satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements, techniques, and best practices in aesthetic medicine through ongoing education and training.
• Conduct thorough consultations, assess patient needs, and recommend appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual goals and preferences.
• Educate patients about treatment options, address concerns, and manage expectations regarding outcomes and recovery.
• Follow infection control, safety, and documentation protocols to ensure compliance.
• Enhance patient satisfaction, encourage repeat visits, and foster long-term relationships to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote services and attract new patients through campaigns and outreach.
• Meet revenue goals weekly with high patient satisfaction ratings.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and medical assistants to optimize outcomes.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build trust with clients.
