It’s A Secret Med Spa is seeking a skilled Cosmetic Injector RN in Plano, TX. The role requires performing neurotoxin and filler injections, developing patient treatment plans, and promoting services in alignment with company guidelines.

The position emphasizes patient confidentiality, accurate charting, and ongoing professional education within a polished, high-energy team environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a State RN license (required).
• American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.
• Working weekends and flexible schedule is required.
• Ability to self-promote and engage on company social media within guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate client needs and develop aesthetic treatment plans and recommend products.
• Perform neurotoxin and filler injections per company standards and state law.
• Engage in training peers and new hires.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medical records for treatments.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with management on needs and counts.
• Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and compliant with HIPAA.
