Job summary

Nuvia Cosmetic Dentistry is hiring a Dental Sales Rep (Smile Consultant) based in Riverside, CA. You will help potential patients move forward with treatment, build trust, and close sales while managing follow-ups and financing options.

The role offers a base salary of $50k with a premium commission structure and comprehensive benefits. Expect 3-6 warm leads daily and occasional travel to support other locations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and meeting KPI’s.
• CRM experience preferred.
• B2C sales experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer skills.
• Shows empathy and ability to connect with people.

Responsibilities

• Influence patients to accept treatment by building trust and closing gaps.
• Collect payment from patients.
• Maintain an organized CRM and manage queues.
• Follow and suggest improvements to current processes.
• Attend weekly training meetings.
• Hours M-F 8am to 5pm with potential overtime to secure sales (uncapped commissions).

Role

As a Dental Sales Rep (Smile Consultant) based in our Riverside, CA center, you will be responsible for removing barriers for potential patients and helping them move forward with treatment that can dramatically improve their quality of life. While this position is primarily based in the San Antonio center, occasional travel may be required to support other Nuvia locations as business needs arise.

Responsibilities

• Influence patients to accept treatment by building trust and closing gaps patients may have & following up aggressively.
• Collect payment
• Maintain an organized CRM & manage your queues.
• Follow and suggest improvements to current processes
• Attend training meetings each week
• Hours M-F 8am to 5pm with potential of extra hours to secure the sale (no cap on commissions)

Day In The Life Of Life

• Meet with 3-6 warm leads to discuss the process of cosmetic dental procedures
• Participate in sales meetings and daily sales huddles!
• Connect & follow up with patients to understand their goals and motivations
• Present patient information to the doctors in your clinic to determine diagnosis
• Assist patients in removing barriers to accepting treatment
• Assist patients in applying for financing
• Administer a successful handoff to the administrative team for scheduling
