Job summary

Sono Bello seeks a Lead Clinician to supervise clinical operations and guide the patient experience within our outpatient center. You will balance leadership with core clinical duties as a licensed clinician, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high-quality care in a fast-paced cosmetic setting.

You will collaborate with management, schedule staff, audit processes, and uphold accreditation standards while mentoring junior clinicians and maintaining excellent team performance.

Qualifications

• Must hold active LPN/RN licensure or equivalent.
• Two+ years of clinical experience.
• ACLS certification required.
• Experience in cosmetic practice or medical office management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations and lead the clinical team daily.
• Coordinate nurse scheduling and assignment to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect PHI.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of clinicians.
• Maintain QA/QI reporting and accreditation readiness.
