Job summary

Carlisle is seeking a Project Specialist II to advance the Carlisle Operating System (COS) through continuous improvement across departments and plants. You will independently manage moderately complex CI projects, applying Lean and Six Sigma to non-routine problems while partnering with facility leadership to drive measurable savings and KPI gains.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence outcomes beyond your area,

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and tools.
• Experience applying CI tools in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with limited supervision.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Kaizen events and continuous improvement culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead small to mid-scale CI initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities across value streams.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methods to analyze operations and implement solutions.
• Track savings, KPI improvements, and operational impact.
