Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines is seeking an Open Pit Driller to join the Cortez Surface Operations team in Nevada. The role focuses on safe, efficient drilling operations and collaboration with drill crew and surface teams.

The successful candidate will have experience in surface drilling, the ability to work a rotating night/day schedule, and a strong commitment to safety, attendance, and teamwork. We offer competitive benefits and growth opportunities within a premier mining organization.

Qualifications

• Prior surface drilling/blasting experience preferred.
• Valid Nevada driver’s license required.
• Heavy equipment operating experience preferred.
• Ability to carry at least 50 pounds required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and radio communication skills required.
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team required.
• Satisfactory safety, performance, and attendance records required.
• The ability to work a rotating schedule of nights and days is an essential function of this role.
