Job summary

Kraft Group LLC is seeking a Machine Operator to oversee setup, operation, and maintenance of assigned equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure accurate data entry, inspect product quality, and collaborate with leadership to meet performance goals.

Responsibilities include material handling, safety compliance, and contributing to continuous improvements while adhering to confidentiality and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Machine operator experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule required.
• Fast-paced work environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead a small team.
• Ability to read blueprints is a plus.
• Ability to read a tape measure to 1/16".
• Basic mathematics including decimals.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operation of various machines.
• Process material through machine according to company specifications; ensure all production data is entered accurately; inspect and maintain quality of product.
• Use a hand truck to organize work area and/or move materials; comply with safety policies.
• Promptly report any mechanical or Electrical concerns; meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Work with leadership to achieve performance goals; handle special projects as needed.
• Maintain and protect all personally identifiable information and comply with confidentiality/privacy standards.
