Pac Worldwide Corporation in Middletown, OH is seeking an Assistant Corrugator Operator with corrugating experience to support our production line. This is not a forklift role; you will operate and assist on corrugator equipment, perform setups, and help ensure quality. Candidates should have at least 1 year of corrugated production experience, be reliable, safety-focused, and able to lift 50 lbs. Qualifications
Must have strong work ethic and dependability.
Ability to follow standard procedures and safety guidelines.
Experience with corrugated paper or manufacturing environment preferred.
Willingness to perform manual handling tasks and operate on a production floor.
Responsibilities
Understand work orders and machine processes on corrugator line.
Complete First Off Check Sheet and document results.
Produce product according to work order specifications.
Perform setup/changeovers with minimal supervision following standard work.
Execute startup, shutdown, and changeovers with supervision as needed.
Complete quality checks and maintain clean, organized work area.
