Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is seeking a Production Leader to oversee the end-to-end production process for designated products. You will plan, organize, and implement strategies to ensure successful development and adherence to specifications.

You will supervise operations teams, ensure safety, quality and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement. This role requires leadership experience and a proactive approach to training and process optimization.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, comprehend and write legibly in English.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Understanding of safety practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with shift supervision or lead roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the production process for assigned products.
• Plan, organize and implement production strategies.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, quality and waste reduction.
• Train and develop staff; supervise crews and performance.
• Maintain quality checks and production records.
• Coordinate with maintenance for repairs and preventive tasks.
