Job summary

UFP Industries, Inc. is seeking a Corrugated Specialist to source and procure corrugated products and related items in collaboration with buyers, operations management, and sales teams across facilities.

You will lead projects with external vendors, identify cost-out opportunities, and determine manufacturing options to meet customer needs. The role requires at least 5 years of corrugated experience, solid knowledge of board grades and printing methods, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corrugated product distribution, manufacturing, sales, and/or design.
• Strong knowledge of corrugated market conditions and dynamics and ability to analyze board grades and printing methods.

Responsibilities

• Research & Development: monitor packaging trends, customer requirements, and industry regulations.
• New Product Development & Sourcing: lead corrugated projects from production to delivery with external vendors.
• Technical Support: provide guidance and information to internal teams and customers.
• Quality Assurance: coordinate QC procedures and supplier vetting.
• Willingness to travel and conduct onsite visits.
• Support sales growth and reporting.
