Job summary

DanHil Containers II Ltd. is seeking an experienced Corrugated Press Machine Operator to set up, maintain and operate corrugated presses. You’ll ensure smooth production and work closely with teammates to maximize efficiency and profits.

The role requires at least 1 year of corrugated press experience, familiarity with high-speed machinery and measurement tools, ability to read blueprints, and a strong commitment to safety and quality. 8-hour shift with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• 1 year of corrugated press operator experience.
• 1 year of machine operator experience with corrugated.
• Proficient with high-speed machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, tape measure).
• Understanding of production procedures.
• Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g., use of protective gear).
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals.
• Analytical skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Teamwork and communication skills.
• Physical stamina and strength.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning) to start a production cycle.
• Control and adjust machine settings (speed).
• Feed raw material to semi-automated machines.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring tools.
• Test operation and fix issues during the shift.
• Check output for defects or flaws.
• Maintain activity logs.
• Follow all safety rules and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Keep records of approved and defective units or final products.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Corrugated Press Machine Operator to set up, maintain and operate Corrugated Presses. You’ll ensure the interminable and efficient running of production. A great machine operator is reliable and can work with attention to detail and safety standards. Being a team player is essential since all tasks require close collaboration with co-workers. The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried on smoothly to maximize efficiency and profits.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning, etc.) to start a production cycle
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed)
• Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
• Inspect parts with precision measuring tools
• Test operation of machines periodicallyFix issues that might occur during the shift
• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
• Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
• Follow all safety rules and procedures
• Performs other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned
