Job summary

Premier Packaging in Rancho Cucamonga, CA is hiring a full-time corrugated machine operator for the 3rd shift. You will set up, load, and operate corrugated machinery, monitor machine performance, adjust settings for quality output, and conduct regular quality checks on produced materials.

Responsibilities include reporting mechanical issues, coordinating with production supervisors and maintenance staff, keeping precise production records, and communicating clearly to maintain a smooth workflow

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of corrugated machinery operations experience.
• Lift up to 25 lbs alone and up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Repetitive motion of hands and wrists.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Proficient in setup and adjustment of corrugated manufacturing machinery.
• Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, load, and unload corrugated manufacturing machines based on production requirements.
• Operate corrugated machinery to produce materials according to defined standards.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed to ensure quality output.
• Conduct regular quality checks on produced materials to ensure they meet defined standards.
• Report and address any mechanical issues or malfunctions promptly.
• Work closely with other machine operators, production supervisors, and maintenance technicians.
• Communicate effectively to ensure a smooth production workflow.
• Maintain accurate production records, including machine settings, output quantities, and quality control data.
