What You’ll Actually Do

• Mentorship Collaboration: Work closely and communicate regularly with an assigned GIFT Mentor to help stay on track, reinforce the goals of the role, and ensure consistent progress throughout the program.
• Departmental Rotations: Participate in comprehensive rotations through the four main departments of a corrugated plant: Design, Production, Customer Service, and Sales, to gain a deep understanding of each area’s operations.
• Project Contributions: Complete specific assignments and projects within each given department, working under the direct instruction and guidance of the department supervisor.
• Process Identification & Improvement: Actively identify potential issues and areas for improvement within departments, and present findings along with possible solutions to both the department supervisor and GIFT Mentor.
• Professional Development & Networking: Attend and actively participate in GIFT program training conferences, collaborating with other Corrugated Business Associates on projects and networking opportunities.

The Must-Haves

• Background: Bachelor's degree required upon starting the position, obtained between December 2026 and May 2027. This is an entry-level role for recent college graduates.
• Experience: Ability to start the position between May and July 2027. Travel as necessary with valid travel documents is required.
• Skills: Ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge, strong written and verbal communication skills, leadership experience or drive to lead, strong interpersonal and networking abilities, and quick decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: A minimum of one internship or co-op experience, especially in an environment related to the GIFT position type, is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is also preferred.
