Job summary

KBS is seeking Warehouse Associates (Corrugate Recycler) to join our Lansing-area team. This full-time, permanent role involves picking up corrugate gondolas, replacing empties, and supporting baler/compactor operations in a fast-paced facility.

Shifts vary, with weekend work, and starting pay is $15.00 per hour. Benefits include medical and life insurance, 401k matching, paid time off, and other employee perks.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate a manual pallet jack to move gondolas.
• Capable of lifting up to 75+ lbs and carrying objects as needed.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Use a manual pallet jack to pick up full gondolas and replace with empties.
• Transport full gondolas to baler/compactors and keep areas clean.
• Keep traffic areas free of debris; dust, mop and sweep around receptacles.
• Maintain tidiness in Auger/Baler/Compactor areas and assist as needed.
• Perform other janitorial duties as assigned.
