Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) is hiring Warehouse Associates (Corrugate Recycler) for full-time, permanent positions. You will operate pallet jacks, move gondolas, and maintain clean, safe work areas across the facility.

The role requires lifting up to 75+ lbs, standing 10–12 hours, and adherence to safety procedures while supporting recycling and waste handling tasks. Benefits are provided for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to use a manual pallet jack to lift and move gondolas up to 75+ lbs.
• Ability to lift, push, pull and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
• Able to push and pull manual pallet jacks loaded with trash/cardboard consistently.
• Walking in and around the facility with great frequency throughout the entire shift.
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals sheets/documents (generally in English; may have in Spanish where state required).
• KBSPresence mobile timekeeping software usage and related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Use a manual pallet jack to pick up full gondolas and replace with empty gondolas in assigned areas.
• Transport full corrugate gondolas into baler or compactors in designated area (training provided).
• Keep areas around gondolas free of debris and trash.
• Dust, mop, and sweep around trash receptacle areas to keep traffic areas clear.
• Maintain safety by keeping traffic areas like the 'Green Mile' debris-free.
• Maintain and sort in Auger/Baler/Compactor areas for tidiness.
• Perform other janitorial duties as needed.
