Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is hiring a Warehouse Associate (Corrugate Recycler) to support facility operations. This full-time role involves meeting customer needs by efficiently picking up and replacing corrugate gondolas, operating a manual pallet jack, and keeping work areas clean and safe throughout the shift.

Shifts vary including days and weekends, starting pay is $15 per hour. Benefits are included for eligible employees, with training provided on balers, compactors, and safety

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move gondolas up to 75+ lbs.
• Ability to lift/push/pull/carry objects up to 50 pounds.
• Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching throughout the shift.
• Stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours.
• Read and interpret safety rules and procedures (English; Spanish where required).
• Use KBSPresence for timekeeping and shift communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate a manual pallet jack to pick up full gondolas and replace with empty ones.
• Transport full corrugate gondolas to baler/compactors and keep areas tidy.
• Ensure areas around gondolas are free of debris and trash.
• Dust, mop, and sweep around receptacles to keep lanes clear.
• Maintain clean and safe traffic areas, the so-called 'Green Mile'.
• Maintain and sort in Auger/Baler/Compactor areas for tidiness.
• Perform other janitorial duties as assigned.
