Eaton is seeking a Correlator - Storeroom (2nd Shift) in Greenwood, SC. The rate is $20.00 per hour with core hours Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.

This position is eligible for a variable pay incentive plan. You will process, count, and correlate purchased parts, use AS400, Enovia, and the Turnback system, perform ABC-based cycle counts, and provide inventory information to Planners and Buyers.

Qualifications

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Industrial manufacturing experience.
  • Experience using hand and air tools.
  • Experience operating a powered industrial vehicle (forklift).
  • Basic computer and technology skills.
  • No immigration sponsorship; must live within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC.

Responsibilities

  • Correlate material by performing daily cycle counts.
  • Review and update material status with Leads, Planners, Buyers, Supervisors and Managers.
  • Utilize AS400, Enovia, Turnback, and MS Office to maintain material control.
  • Process surplus, rejected, and defective material per procedures.
  • Operate a forklift and follow safety protocols.
  • Resolve inventory issues by counting, identifying, and labeling items.
  • Update inventory status using ABC methodology.

Job description

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Correlator - Storeroom (2nd Shift).

The rate for this position is $20.00 per hour. The core hours are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am - 3:00 pm.

This position is eligible for a variable pay incentive plan.

Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What You’ll Do

In the Correlator role, responsibilities include processing, counting, and correlating all purchased parts in the assigned area. This position utilizes programs such as AS400, DMM, and Enovia to identify parts, conducts inventory counts using the ABC method, and supports Planners and Buyers by providing accurate storeroom inventory information.

  • Correlate material by performing daily cycle counts.
  • Review and update material status with Leads, Planners, Buyers, Supervisors, and Managers.
  • Utilize computer systems—including Microsoft Office tools, AS400, Enovia, and the Turnback system—to maintain material control.
  • Process surplus, rejected, and defective material in accordance with established procedures.
  • Operate a forklift while following all required safety protocols.
  • Resolve inventory issues by counting, identifying, and labeling items.
  • Review and update inventory status based on ABC methodology.

Qualifications
Basic (Required)
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution
  • Industrial manufacturing experience
  • Experience using hand and air tools
  • Experience operating a powered industrial vehicle (e.g., forklift)
  • Basic computer and technology skills.

Preferred
  • South Carolina Manufacturing Certification (SCMC) or an equivalent credential.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with persuasive and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
