Job summary

The Bureau of Prisons / Federal Prison System is seeking a professional to advance the Trust Fund network systems, perform system administration, and resolve issues to ensure accurate reporting and reliability.

Candidates should have a Master’s degree or equivalent, or substantial graduate study, plus demonstrated experience with TRULINCS, Trust Fund programs, and the ability to provide technical guidance and training.

Qualifications

• Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B or J.D., if related.
• Graduate education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.
• Credit will be given for paid and unpaid experience; show actual time spent in the activities.

Responsibilities

• Experience in working with the Trust Fund network systems and system administration to analyze, resolve, troubleshoot, and report problems in the system.
• Experience in providing administration and monitoring of TRULINCS and responsible for maintenance of the system and equipment.
• Experience in providing guidance, technical assistance, training and resolving problems regarding Trust Fund programs.
