  • Maintain expert‑level knowledge of ViaPath products, associated technologies, hardware, software, and system configurations, including the ability to configure, troubleshoot, and demonstrate solutions in customer‑facing environments.
  • Help customers improve adoption, utilization, and overall success with their existing technology investments.
  • Identify customer challenges, risks, and opportunities while recommending solutions that align with operational and business objectives.

  • Gather customer feedback and provide market insights that help improve products, services, and customer outcomes.
  • Represent ViaPath at customer meetings, conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Maintain expertise in correctional operations, industry trends, and the full ViaPath solution portfolio.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience in corrections, technology consulting, customer engagement, or a related field may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience utilizing ViaPath solutions or other corrections technology platforms.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and customer engagements with minimal supervision.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • Experience with ViaPath products, services, and customers preferred.
