• At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level.
• Experience planning, organizing, coordinating, directing, evaluating and financially managing a comprehensive safety and occupational health program.
• Experience developing and preparing local safety and occupational health directives and regulations through adaptation of higher command instructions and policies.
• Experience training workers, supervisors, managers, or other safety and occupational health personnel in safety or occupational health subjects.
