Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing skills in the care and treatment of inmates/residents.
• Attend sick calls with the physician; prepare lists and arrange exam rooms.
• Examine and assess inmates/residents; refer to ER or facilities as required.
• Perform emergency procedures as needed and notify provider for treatment orders.
• Provide guidance and supervise nursing care by licensed and non-licensed staff.
