Philips is seeking a Corrections & Removals Expert in Cambridge, MA. You will own C&R processes, govern compliance with FDA, EU MDR, and global requirements, and drive continuous improvement across the organization. Office-based, with onsite collaboration at least 3 days per week; requires 5+ years in relevant field and a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Medical Sciences or related area.
Corrections & Removals Expert
Are responsible for ensuring that C&R processes are clear, consistent, effective, well-governed, and aligned with applicable regulatory requirements. The role is particularly focused on process ownership, governance, continuous improvement, execution, knowledge sharing, and enabling consistent C&R practices across the organization.
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in Cambridge MA is $134,000 to $186,000
Annually.
The pay range for this position in Plymouth MN is $126,000 to $175,000
Annually.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
