Job summary

Centurion is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to join our team at Suwannee Correctional Institution in Live Oak, Florida. This PRN role requires 2 weeks of Monday-Friday training and entails providing holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the supervision of the DON and Nursing Supervisor.

Candidates must have an Associate's degree, RN license, CPR certification, and the ability to obtain security clearance and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Provide holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice.
• Work under the direction of the DON and Nursing Supervisor and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify, assess, and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs.

Responsibilities

• Assess and respond to physical, psychological, and social needs of incarcerated patients.
• Collaborate with DON and Nursing Supervisor in care planning and delivery.
• Maintain required certifications and comply with security/background checks.
