Aramark Correctional Services seeks a Food Service Worker to supervise inmates, train staff, and ensure meals meet safety and quality standards. You’ll oversee portion control, food handling, and adherence to HACCP policies in a correctional kitchen.
The role requires the ability to work independently, obtain a food safety certification, and maintain security clearances, with eligibility for a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits.
The Food Service Worker supervises inmates in a kitchen environment to ensure that meal and food items are prepared in accordance with production plans. In this role, you will train workers in methods of performing duties, as well as assign and coordinate work to promote the efficiency of operations. This person is also responsible for the sanitation of the facility and maintaining personal safety, by conforming to all standards and regulations. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

Employees will be eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments:
Employees must remain actively employed and in good standing on each payout date to be eligible for the corresponding bonus payment. Failure to meet these requirements may result in forfeiture of any unpaid portion of the sign-on bonus.
