Routine correctional work supervising inmates incarcerated at the Northeastern Regional Corrections Center (NERCC).
An employee in this class is responsible for maintaining security at NERCC. Duties include recording and reporting inmate movements, activities and problems; coordinating activities with other staff; counseling inmates on behavioral issues; and providing transportation. The work is performed under the direction of assigned supervisory staff.
