Responsibilities

• Assist in answering incoming calls and directing them to appropriate staff.
• Maintain patient census database (when applicable).
• Reconcile and report MO Bed space (when applicable).
• Process and manage MO round sheets.
• Utilize the Inmate Inquiry System (IIS) to generate lists of patients.
• Generate daily suicide watch list and disseminate to appropriate parties.
• Assign 'M' designation to newly enrolled patients.
• Provide real-time scheduling support.
• Obtain/manage collateral records from outside institutions.
• Chaperone telehealth encounters as identified.
• Maintain department equipment and reorder supplies.
• Handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.
