Job summary

State of Colorado is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide comprehensive care for inmates at the Denver Correctional Complex. The role includes evaluations, diagnostics, and clinical interventions, with on-call crisis coverage and coordination with facility programs.

• Must hold or be eligible for Colorado licensure in one of the listed mental health fields.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional mental health services to inmates, including evaluations and interventions.
• Provides group, brief, and individual therapy, and crisis intervention including 24-hour on-call rotation.
• Ensures accurate information system mental health needs levels and documentation for inmates.
• Directs non-clinical staff in mental health care and treatment of inmates.
