Qualifications

• Wisconsin LPN licensed and active state license.
• Experience nursing in corrections or secure facilities.
• Experience with HIPAA compliance and EHR documentation.
• Able to work on-site in Wisconsin facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to correctional patients in Wisconsin facilities.
• Assess patient condition and document vitals and symptoms promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor emergencies and rapid changes in patient status.
• Maintain confidential patient records and charting.
• Collaborate with physicians, mental health staff, and security.
• Uphold safety and security protocols in facilities.
