Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced instructor for Job Corps programs in Texas to foster motivation, discipline, and high achievement. You will deliver engaging lessons, serve as a subject matter expert for Career Technical Training, and build partnerships leading to work-based learning and placement outcomes.

You will maintain curriculum alignment with industry standards, document progress in required records, and support students toward credentials and college or apprenticeship

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid high school diploma or GED.
• Experience working with diverse youth in educational settings preferred.
• Experience in Texas is a plus; valid driver’s license required.
