Job summary

The position operates on Three 12 Hour Shifts (Rotating 3 days on/3 days off) and offers extensive benefits and career growth within Polk County Sheriff’s Office.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; U.S. citizenship; 21+ by appointment date.
• Must pass comprehensive background, medical, and psychological exams.
• Must obtain DPSST certification within one year of appointment and meet OAR 259-008-0010 standards.
