Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join the team at Apalachee Correctional Institution - East Unit in Sneads, Florida. The RN provides holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under supervision of the DON and Nursing Supervisor. Requires Florida RN license, Associate's degree, CPR certification, and ability to obtain security clearance.

Shift: Days, 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. EST, 36 hours per week with every other weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license is required.
• Associate's degree in nursing or higher.
• CPR certification is required.
• Ability to obtain security clearance (drug screen & background check).

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients.
• Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and Nursing Supervisor.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to identify, assess and respond to patients' physical, psychological and social needs.
