Qualifications

• Must possess a current license in this state.
• RN works in accordance with local practice acts and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administers medications and monitors for reactions.
• Records patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitors, reports symptoms or changes in condition.
• Coordinates with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Modifies treatment plans as indicated by patient response.
• Directs or supervises nursing staff or a unit.
• Assists with examinations or treatments.
• Instructs on health education and disease prevention.
