The NC Dept. of Adult Correction is seeking a Regional Operations Manager for the Eastern Region, based in Greenville, NC.
You will supervise staff across prison facilities, oversee audits, inspections, and emergency response, and coordinate staffing and organizational changes with facility heads and region leadership. The role requires strong written and oral communication, ability to manage investigations and performance reviews, and travel as needed.

This department includes state prisons with custody, healthcare, and facility operations staff as well as probation/parole officers who supervised sentenced people in the community. This position is located at the Eastern Region Office in Greenville, NC. This position will report directly to the Assistant Region Director and will assist in the management and supervision of the thirteen (13) prison facilities located in the Eastern Region. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Salary Grade Range: $70,478.00 – $123,336.00
