Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or a closely related field with at least 15 graduate credits in psychology or counseling.
• Applicants may be within three months of graduation to meet educational requirements.
• Must meet PA residency requirements and complete basic training in Elizabethtown, PA.
• Background check and CJIS compliance required.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual and group therapy to address emotional disorders and adjustment challenges.
• Conduct psychological interviews, administer tests, and prepare reports to support treatment planning.
• Collaborate with other departments and external agencies to support inmate care.
• Deliver crisis intervention and immediate psychological support during distress.
• Participate in institutional committees and support reentry and classification activities.
• Provide training to interns on testing, scoring, and interpretation of assessments.
