Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing is seeking a psychologist to provide services at multiple correctional facilities in North Carolina. The psychologist will deliver psychological, diagnostic, and intervention services to offenders in the facility.

The role includes performing comprehensive evaluations, intelligence and learning assessments, behavioral and personality assessments, individual and group counseling, and consultations with staff and outside treatment agencies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology with a clinical emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive psychological evaluations on offenders in the facility.
• Perform evaluations for intelligence and learning, behavioral, and personality disorders.
• Provide behavioral training services to offenders.
• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions.
• Provide consultations to staff within the facility and outside treatment agencies.
• Provide interpretations using pyschological assessment instruments.
