California Correctional Health Care Services in Wasco, CA is seeking a Staff Psychiatrist to serve on the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team providing outpatient psychiatric care to inmates. Under the supervision of the Senior Psychiatrist, you will conduct evaluations, contribute to treatment planning, prescribe medications, and provide crisis intervention and training to custody staff.

Compensation includes base pay with a 15% differential and potential recruitment and referral bonuses; PLP 2025

• Minimum qualifications reference Staff Psychiatrist (Safety) classification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general outpatient psychiatric care to inmates as part of an Interdisciplinary Treatment Team.
• Perform psychiatric evaluations, participate in treatment planning, prescribe medications, and provide crisis intervention and related psychotherapy.
