Job summary

Centurion Health seeks a full-time Psychiatrist for the Lowell Correctional Institution Annex in Ocala, FL. The role involves providing comprehensive psychiatric care to female patients in a state-of-the-art correctional setting, with leadership of a multi-disciplinary team and participation in on-call rotations.

Requirements include MD/DO, Florida license, board certification in Psychiatry, DEA registration, TB/CPR current, and minimum two years of clinical supervision experience.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with accredited residency required.
• Current Florida medical license required.
• Board certification in Psychiatry required.
• Active DEA registration and TB/CPR current.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team in delivering behavioral health services.
• Work under supervision of the Psychiatric Medical Director.
• Rotational on-call responsibilities every 6–8 weeks with compensation.
