Job summary

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid license to practice as a Psychiatric Technician issued by the BVNPTE.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic level of behavioral and psychiatric nursing care to patients in accordance with health care policies and procedures, Mental Health Program Guide requirements, and Title 22 regulations.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses and the PIP care team to ensure delivery of timely, appropriate health care and promote continuity of care.
• Address ongoing needs of patients and promote efficient, cost-effective use of health care resources.
