Job summary

Nightingale's List LLC is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a 28-week assignment in Delano, California. The role is a travel position with 40 hours per week, 8-hour daytime shifts, at state facilities.

The PT will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, provide therapeutic exercise and mobility training, document progress, and work with an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Active CA PT license is required.

Qualifications

• Active California Physical Therapist license.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Ability to meet facility credentialing and background requirements.
