ATC Northwest in Oregon is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join a correctional facility team for a 13-week assignment with possible renewal. The role supports licensed pharmacists in dispensing medications and maintaining tight security protocols.

Candidates must hold an Oregon Pharmacy Technician license, have at least two years of experience (correctional experience preferred), strong organization, and the ability to pass a background investigation.

Qualifications

• Oregon Pharmacy Technician license is required.
• At least 2 years of pharmacy technician experience, correctional or institutional preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must pass background investigation to Corrections satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense medications under supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
• Manage inventory, ordering and stocking of pharmaceuticals.
• Maintain accurate prescription and patient records in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper medication administration.
• Adhere to safety and security protocols within the correctional facility.
