Job summary

State of Nebraska is seeking a Pharmacy Manager for the Correctional Services agency in Lincoln. This role directs statewide clinical and operational pharmacy services, leads MOUD program initiatives, and ensures DEA compliance across facilities.

The position oversees 340B program management, chairs the Pharmacy & Therapeutics committee, and develops protocols for nursing and medical staff. A Nebraska pharmacy license is required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Active, unrestricted license to practice pharmacy (Nebraska) or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Directs and oversees all clinical and operational pharmacy services statewide.
• Leads MOUD program development from design to staff training.
• Ensures DEA compliance, controlled substance security, and diversion prevention.
• Chairs P&T committee, formulary development and maintenance.
• Develops clinical reference tools and protocols for nursing staff.
