Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license for transportation positions.
• Must pass the Correction Officer Assessment within the past 24 months.
• Must complete a 365-day probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and security of the facility and inmates.
• Supervise inmate activity in assigned areas.
• Monitor and operate security controls and equipment.
• Conduct inmate counts and security rounds.
• Prevent escapes or incidents threatening security.
