Job summary

SOUTHERN HEALTH PARTNERS INC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team at the Haralson County Jail in Georgia. This full-time role involves providing compassionate nursing care in a secure correctional setting and working a rotating shift from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM.

The LPN will administer medications, perform assessments, document care, and collaborate with the health team to ensure quality patient services while maintaining safety and compliance on every shift.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Georgia.
• Correctional healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and pass background/security checks.

Responsibilities
