Job summary

Nightingale's List is seeking a travel Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a 24-week assignment at a correctional facility in Represa, California. The role requires a CA Psychologist License and AHA BLS, with 40 hours per week and dayshift.

Responsibilities include individual, group, and family therapy, psychosocial assessments, care coordination, crisis intervention, and collaboration with IDTTs to support rehabilitation and reintegration of incarcerated individuals.

Qualifications

• CA Psychologist License is a non-negotiable requirement.
• American Heart Association BLS is a non-negotiable requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities in a correctional setting.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify mental health needs and barriers to treatment.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans addressing clinical needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments per facility procedures.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately.
