Job summary

Qualifications
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
- BLS certification required.
- Experience providing counseling to individuals or groups in medical or correctional settings is preferred.
Responsibilities

- Advise family caregivers, provide patient education and counseling, and make referrals for additional services.
