Job summary

TKC Holdings, Inc. seeks a Food Service Supervisor to lead inmate labor and kitchen teams inside a jail facility. You will prepare and serve a variety of foods per menus, ensure sanitation, and supervise staff during shifts.

The role requires high school education or GED and prior institutional food service experience is preferred. DailyPay and profit-sharing benefits are available as part of the position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience; must be at least 18.
• Prior institutional food service or restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inmate labor and kitchen team during shifts.
• Prepare, assist, or instruct on food preparation per recipes and work instructions.
• Ensure proper storage and sanitation of all food.
• Serve food per planned meal schedules.
• Train other food service workers.
• Maintain a clean work area and equipment.
• Follow facility uniform policy.
• Perform physical duties and stand for long periods.
