Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and maintain preparation and production guidelines by reviewing and approving logs.
• Supervise inmates in food preparation and tray assembly.
• Ensure timely, efficient meal service and compliance with Aramark guidelines.
• Direct inmates in the use of recipes and train on proper cooking procedures.
• Conduct inventory, proper receiving, and storage of food items.
• Follow HACCP policies and procedures for proper food handling.
