Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state where services are provided.
• BLS certification with hands-on training.
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Solid knowledge of the RN scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate nursing care planning and delivery.
• Contact practitioner to obtain orders and administer medications as prescribed.
• Maintain infection control and aseptic techniques; ensure patient safety.
• Provide emergency first aid and triage during sick calls as needed.
• Record vital signs and other metrics; document concisely in charts.
