Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical or behavioral health field with two years of coordinating, monitoring, administering or managing programs or activities.
• Alternatively, two years of experience with Pima County in a professional administrative role.
• Documented education and experience must be provided in the Education and Work Experience sections.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vendor compliance, perform audits of performance indicators, and review mortality and serious adverse events.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines across care areas including infection prevention, radiology, dentistry, and mental health.
• Support NCCHC evaluations and maintain CCHP certification to meet NCCHC standards.
• Track detainees health statistics, hospital transfers, and admissions.
• Assist with electronic health record enhancements and report compilation.
• Liaise with Sheriff’s department, custody leadership, health department, and accrediting bodies.
