Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, criminal justice, or closely related field.
• CADC/LADC II or other comparable certification preferred.
• Experience with justice-involved individuals or in a correctional setting preferred.
• Must pass extensive background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychoeducation and evidence-based treatment to offenders and complete documentation in the case records.
• Facilitate 2-3 groups daily based on scheduling.
• Prioritize tasks and complete duties within the required time.
• Arrive on time and adhere to attendance policies.
• Work cooperatively with SCSD personnel to coordinate the program.
